I stayed at the Room and I have to say that my experience was quite disappointing. Firstly, upon entering the room, there was a noticeable unpleasant smell of cacrohe, which was quite off-putting. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, as it was not cleaned well. To make matters worse, we encountered live cacroches running around the room, which was a major concern for us. Despite bringing this issue to the attention of the front desk, no action was taken to address the problem. Furthermore, we were extremely disappointed to find that there was no hot water in the shower. This made the overall experience even more inconvenient and uncomfortable. Upon checking out, we approached the front desk, hoping for at least an apology or some form of acknowledgement for the issues we had encountered. However, the staff at the front desk showed no sign of concern or willingness to address our concerns. Their lack of empathy and disregard for customer satisfaction was truly disheartening. Considering the numerous issues we faced during our stay and the poor customer service we received, I have to rate my experience at the Room Hotel as zero. I highly doubt that I will choose to stay here again in the future.

One of the best known hotels in the heart of the city. It's very much accessible because it is located in the major streets in the city and facing the Tagbilaran City Hall. Their food is something worth coming back. At the top of the hotel is the Sky 7 bar. And a small function room with the breath taking view of the city hall and Tagbilaran City Bay.

Magnificent hotel at a very low cost! Just across from Mcdonalds and a 10min walk to Island City Mall. The cafe & restaurant serve top notch meals!

A very clean tidy modern well located Hotel. The staff were all super friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. The buffet breakfast was exceptional. We will certainly stay there again.

We booked a Deluxe room, which at 36 square meters was the largest non-suite of our trip. Upon checkin, they wanted a 1K cash deposit so that we could charge things. ||They only gave us one card key, and said they couldn’t give us others …

Elegant. The room I booked was enough for 2-3 people. The AC is good. The comfort room and shower are clean and in good condition. The food is really good. Water is not a problem. Staff are welcoming. Great 10/10
